We are here to help with any questions or concerns that arise. In addition, we call EVERY customer upon completion of your project to inspect the provider’s performance and to make sure that you are satisfied. If there are any concerns, we can help address them immediately.

Licensed Providers

Ensuring a great experience in home improvement starts with finding the best independent provider for your project.

Every provider who participates in our program is certified to be insured, licensed and experienced in their trade. Their certification is evidenced by an ID Badge, which they are required to wear while working at your home. Less than 10% of providers nationwide meet our criteria for certification.

Project Monitoring

We track your project from start to finish, keep you updated on a regular basis and have a dedicated Customer Solutions Team to answer your questions and help resolve any issues. You can contact our Customer Solutions Team at (866) 891-5453.

Warranty Support

The provider provides you with a one (1) year labor warranty. [ProgramName] is here to make sure that the provider lives up to that warranty.
